This Privacy Policy explains how Afrilogic Solutions Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information related to your use of the Adinkra VR application (“Adinkra VR” or “the App”), available globally on Meta Quest and other supported virtual reality platforms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws and platform requirements, including Meta’s Platform Terms, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

This policy applies regardless of your geographic location.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Adinkra VR is an offline, single-player application. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require account creation, user registration, or personal data input.

However, third-party platform providers (e.g., Meta) and integrated SDKs (e.g., Meta SDK, OpenXR) may collect certain non-personal data automatically as part of their services. This may include:

• VR device details (e.g., headset model, firmware version)
• Usage data (e.g., session duration, crash logs)
• Motion and interaction data (e.g., controller tracking, gesture input)

This data is processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies and not accessed or stored by Afrilogic Solutions Limited.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Adinkra VR contains cultural and educational content suitable for general audiences, including users under 13. The App does not permit account creation or any data input from users.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians concerned about their child’s data may contact us at adinkravr@afrilogicsolutions.com. If personal data is found, we will delete it promptly.

We encourage parental supervision during gameplay.

USE OF INFORMATION

Since we do not collect user data, Afrilogic Solutions Limited does not use any personal information for:

• Marketing or promotions
• Personalized advertising
• In-app purchases or user profiling

Any non-personal data collected by platform providers or SDKs is used for:

• Platform performance optimization
• Crash detection and diagnostics
• General analytics to improve user experience

SECURITY

Adinkra VR is fully offline and self-contained. It does not store or transmit personal data. Any platform-level data collection is handled securely by those respective providers.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the App does not expose users to unnecessary data risks.

USER RIGHTS

As Afrilogic Solutions Limited does not process or store personal data, we do not provide data review, correction, deletion, or export tools within the App.

Users may exercise their rights regarding any data collected by Meta through:

• Contacting Meta’s privacy support

OPT-OUT AND PREFERENCES

Users can manage data preferences through their Meta Quest device settings, where applicable. These may include:
